A Message from Tom Saeli

It’s hard to believe that we’re already transitioning into the autumn season. Another busy summer full of growth and accomplishments, both personally and professionally, has come and gone. We are proud to report that business is thriving at record levels across the United States and Canada, and none of it would be possible without the dedication and drive of our strong network of contractors. Thanks for helping to make Duro-Last®a great place to be!

June marked one year since the official opening of our sixth manufacturing location in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Production at this 60,000 square-foot facility is strong, and we’re even offering deliveries to local contractors in the region. We are excited to further develop operations at this location as business throughout the Northeast continues to grow.

Additionally, we’ve spent this past year celebrating Duro-Last’s 40thAnniversary with a variety of special activities. It’s been an honor to share some of our best memories with all of you and to hear about your favorite moments throughout the years. 

Over this past year,I’ve had the opportunity to visit with many contractors across the country, and skilled labor shortages continue to be a challenge for almost everyone. We believe Duro-Last’s custom-fabricated roofing systems are the best solution that the industry has to offer, coupling unique Time off the Roof™ solutions with award-winningquality and comprehensive warranties for any roofing application. Let’s finish the year strong and tackle those backlogs by providing building owners the energy-saving peace of mind that only Duro-Last can offer.

Finally, our motto for 2018 has been to “wow our customers all ways, always.” This principlehas encouraged us to look beyond the ordinary in all aspects of our business, and identify unique and creative ways to go above and beyond for all of our valued customers. It has been exhilarating to watch this motto come to life and incorporate it into the Duro-Last culture. We look forward to carrying it on as we continue to grow and evolve.
